1. Company Overview

Intime Label & Printers is a registered and fully operational custom manufacturing company based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We specialize in producing:

• Woven Labels

• Embroidered & Woven Patches

• Iron-On & Sew-On Badges

• Sublimation & Printed Stickers

• Custom Tapes, Tags, and Packaging Materials

All products are manufactured in-house using high-quality OEKO-TEX certified threads and materials.

2. Order Placement & Approval Process

a) Custom Orders

• All our products are made-to-order based on your artwork, specifications, size, and quantity.

• Production starts only after your final approval of the design, sample, or digital proof.

b) Order Confirmation

• You will receive an official quotation based on your requirements.

• Once you approve the design and make the advance payment, your order is confirmed.

c) Client Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly check and verify all artwork, spelling, sizes, and technical details before final approval.

• We are not liable for any errors or changes requested after final approval.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: A minimum 50% deposit is required before production begins.

• Full Payment: Remaining balance must be cleared prior to dispatch.

• Accepted Methods: Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Cash, or other agreed channels.

Please note that unpaid orders will not be shipped under any circumstances.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

• Standard production time: 3 to 7 working days after approval.

• Larger orders or special finishes may require additional time.

• Rush production options are available with an express charge.

We are committed to meeting deadlines, but production timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across Pakistan and internationally via trusted courier services.

• Tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies or customs clearance

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

6. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the following applies:

• The received product is defective due to our manufacturing error.

• The product received is significantly different from the approved sample/design.

Claims Process

• All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Clear photographs and proof must be provided.

• Upon verification, we will reproduce the defective order at no cost.

7. Intellectual Property & Artwork Usage

• All logos, designs, and files provided by the client remain the property of the client.

• We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

• However, we may display final product images (without personal or brand-sensitive info) in our portfolio or marketing—unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Website Use & Content Protection

• You agree not to misuse our website or access it with automated tools for scraping or damaging purposes.

• All images, text, designs, and graphics on www.intimelabels.com are copyrighted and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence in every order. However, we are not liable for:

• Typographical errors in client-approved designs

• Delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, courier issues)

• Loss of business or revenue due to late deliveries

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled exclusively in the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.

11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to comply with new legal, business, or operational requirements. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
