Can I send a photograph instead of artwork?
A reference photograph helps us understand the construction or finish you want. Include the dimensions and quantity too. Original vector artwork may still be needed for production, depending on the product.
Can we discuss a factory visit or video call?
Contact our team with your preferred date, time zone and project. We will confirm availability and arrangements directly before you travel or schedule a call.
Do you work with new clothing brands?
Yes. Tell us about your intended product, required quantity and budget expectations. We will review practical manufacturing options and confirm the applicable minimum quantity rather than assume the same terms for every design.
What if I need material documentation?
Include the requirement before quotation. Made-with-OEKO-TEX-certified-yarns options depend on the specified material and applicable supplier documentation. Company or finished-product certification is not implied.
