This website introduces custom manufacturing services and allows visitors to explore options and prepare an enquiry. Product illustrations, previews and photographs provide context; the final order specification is confirmed separately.
Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry is a request for information or a quotation. It does not by itself create a production order. Confirm the product, quantity, dimensions, artwork, price, currency, delivery basis and payment terms in the written quotation and accepted order documents.
Artwork and permissions
Only submit artwork you are authorised to use for the intended production. Tell us if a design is subject to licensing restrictions or confidentiality requirements. Public use of customer artwork in a portfolio must be separately authorised.
Approvals and changes
Review the specified artwork, spelling, colours, size, orientation and finishing details before approval. The effect of changes after approval, including costs and timing, must be confirmed before those changes are accepted.
Commercial terms
Quotation validity, payment schedule, sampling charges, production tolerances, cancellation arrangements and remedies must be stated in the agreed order terms. These details have not been assumed in the website draft.
Legal details to finalise
