Weave is the construction
Damask, taffeta and satin describe different weave constructions. They should not be treated as interchangeable names for quality levels. The suitable choice depends on artwork, appearance and application.
Denier describes the yarn
Denier is a measure of yarn linear mass. It does not describe the complete finished label, and it is not the same measurement as weave density.
The relationship between yarn and the final design should be assessed at the actual production dimensions. Yarn, weave, contrast and spacing work together.
Density describes another part of the specification
We discuss standard, high and ultra-high density options as production tiers. These are not presented as universal industry standards or guaranteed numerical values.
Ask how a proposed construction affects the actual artwork. Comparing a single density label without matching the yarn, dimensions and design can be misleading.
Material documentation
Recycled polyester and metallic gold or silver yarn options are available for discussion. Material suitability and available documentation must be checked for the order.
Supplier certification does not automatically certify the business or the finished product. Provide any buyer or testing requirements before ordering so the appropriate evidence can be reviewed.
