Digital concepts and physical samples
A digital concept shows the design layout. It does not fully represent material texture, thickness, thread appearance or exact colour. Where a physical sample is required, agree the sample scope, cost and approval process before work begins.
Record the approved specification
The approval should identify the artwork version, dimensions, materials, colours and finishing details. Record any agreed variation between the proof, sample and production specification.
Changes and cancellation
Custom products may involve setup or production work before completion. The ability to change or cancel an order, together with any related costs, must be confirmed in the accepted order terms. No blanket no-refund rule has been inserted into this draft.
Report a concern
Contact intimeprinters@gmail.com with the order reference, a description of the concern and clear photos where relevant. Keep the goods and packaging available while the issue is reviewed.
Resolution terms to confirm
Before launch, confirm the business policy for inspection, reporting periods, defects, shortages, remakes, returns and refunds. Any agreed policy remains subject to applicable mandatory rights.
